Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an nk026 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law or regulation. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in Indonesia.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nk026 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by nk026 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent conduct.
6. You have not been diagnosed with, or self-identified as suffering from, a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, please consult our Responsible Gaming page before registering.
7. You hold a valid Indonesian national identity document (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification that can be produced upon request for KYC verification.

nk026 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending further review.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the nk026 Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly notify nk026 of any changes to your registration information by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. nk026 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct login credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you, unless you have previously notified nk026 of a suspected security breach.

nk026 implements a KYC verification procedure. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, or BSI).
• Where requested, a selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying your nk026 username and the current date.

nk026 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving all required documents. During KYC review, you may continue to place bets, but withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the nk026 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). nk026 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nk026 accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit methods include: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times for each method are set out on the Platform's Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. nk026 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB).
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 30 minutes during operating hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.

nk026 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. In such cases, processing may take up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review.

Bonuses & Promotions

nk026 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin allocations. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only for the subject matter of that conflict.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all nk026 promotions unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable turnover multiplier (e.g., 5×, 8×, or 10× the combined deposit and bonus amount) is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sportsbook bets on markets with odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute at the rate specified per promotion; slots contributions vary by title.
• nk026 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, that Player's accrued wagering progress will be honoured up to the point of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting promotional terms, placing bets at low risk across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the nk026 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. nk026 will not void confirmed bets on the grounds of Player error.

nk026's sportsbook offers markets across a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup / Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on selected markets. Specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, and push outcomes for each sport and market type are published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.

nk026's casino and live casino games are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game operates under its own published return-to-player (RTP) rate and rules. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and the bet amount returned to the Player's Balance. nk026 is not liable for any perceived losses arising from a technical interruption beyond its control.

nk026 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any Player at its absolute discretion, including where nk026 reasonably suspects match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of betting that exploits system errors or pricing errors.

Responsible Gaming

nk026 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following Player protection tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been active for a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration.

Account Suspension & Closure

nk026 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending withdrawal, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus promotions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without prior engagement with nk026 support.
• Determination that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Instruction by a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of costs directly attributable to the breach may be returned to the Player at nk026's sole discretion. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of Account suspension or closure for breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nk026 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nk026 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from nk026.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, monitor, or interact with the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform within any third-party website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nk026 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, regardless of whether nk026 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nk026's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nk026 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any particular game outcome is guaranteed. All games are operated on a provably fair basis with independently verified RTP rates, but nk026 makes no representation regarding any Player's individual results.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit nk026's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

nk026 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nk026 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player financial data and identity documents are stored on secured servers with restricted access controls. nk026 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties other than as required to provide the Platform's services (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors) or as required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

nk026 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Any real-money Balance will be returned to you upon Account closure in such circumstances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of nk026 as an internationally operated platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and nk026, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. nk026 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with support, either party may elect to refer the matter to independent arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
